ME departure time

If we have a flight at 11:45AM, what time would we be picked up from the POLY. I know that it is usually 3 hours before our departure time (8:45AM in this case) but would it be earlier than that. We have a ressie at the 'Ohana character breakfast for 7:30AM and want to make sure we could do this. Do they tell you your departure time the night before?

You will get a ME envelope on your door the day before departure. It will have your pickup time in there.

You are correct that the pickup time will be approximately 3 hrs before your flight... give or take 15 minutes...

It's going to be tight.

You need to be at the bus platform 15 minutes before the time on your DME confirmation paper. I would guess that platform time to be around 8:30.

Since your last activity in town is a meal, it would be less stressful to do that at the airport at one of the small food courts inside security. You can alwasy get a DME bus earlier than the 3 hours normally scheduled; make any late breaking changes early the day before when you get your confirmation.

You will be cutting it very close. You need to be at the ME bus stop, ready to go, 15 minutes before your scheduled pick up time. TThe ME packet will tell you that, and it really is necessary. In my experience the busses are often early by quite a bit.

If you miss your scheduled ME bus Disney is under no obligation to transport you to the airport. You MAY be able to get on another ME bus. IF there is one scheduled for your resort, and IF they have room on it. Otherwise you will need to make your own arrangements.
