ME-departing two different days??

My mom will be flying out the day before I will. How do we arrange this so that she also has the document/paper confirmation needed to board the bus?

Does your WDW resort reservation begin on the day your mom flies out? If so, then it should be simple to just call DME and let them know both your WDW reservation number and your mother's airline information and your info the following day. They should send out the DME packet with 30 days of your WDW check-in.

Do you mean that she will arrive in Orlando the day before you do, or that she will depart Orlando the day before you do?

We both arrive together, and then she is departing a day before I do.
They normally leave a envelope on the door the day before check out right? How do I get one for her the day before she leaves?

They can set it up 2 different reservations for you at check in.

It isn't the day before check out but it is the day before your DME departure ! So she will get her envelope the day prior to her departure regardless of your resort reservation. We do this all the time no worries - just make sure DME has both sets of dates/flights when you make your DME reservation. If you don't get that envelope just call DME from the room to confirm her departure.
