On a trip 3 years ago, my brand new pullman came off the luggage carousel with a 4" rip! We were in a hurry, and in ignorace, I didn't report it until we were back at MCO for our departing flight. I was told that once the luggage leaves the airport, they are no longer responsible. Ok, so if you use ME, and don't even know that your luggage had been damaged until it arrives at your hotel, then what?
