ME ? Can't remember from last trip

We have scheduled Tiffany Town car for a one way to our resort. I can't remember what I have to do for ME since we are using it for the return trip. Do I call, do I still check in at MCO when we arrive? Can I do it at our resort? I can't for the life of me remember
