ME Booklet Question

We were originally flyingd Delta, and we got our ME envelope in May. At the beginning of June (a month before trip), we ended up cancelling our Delta res. and scheduling Southwest. We called Disney and informed them of this, and our info was updated. My question is - should we be expecting to get another ME packet in the mail or do we just use the booklet in the first one (I believe I have read that ME scans something in your booklet? this is our first time using ME and I haven't read through the booklet yet...:confused:). I have looked over the info on wdwinfo.com, but I'm still not sure.

Also, on our info on disneywebsite, where it lists the ME res, it says pick up at 12:00 am and departure at 12:00 am (neither of which are the time of our flights). I'm assuming that it is not supposed to have our specific time since you are not assigned an actual bus that you HAVE to be on - is this right?

We changed flights last year and just used the booklet they had already sent, no problems. Just go to the ME desk when you land and they will take care of you!

When you check in to the ME desk, they can make sure your return information is properly entered. Or the front desk at your hotel can do it as well.

Right. It doesn't really matter when you arrive, but the will need accurate departure info. You will need to be on the bus they assign for your departure.

Ack, sorry, I knew that before I posted, but it must have left my frazzled brain. :rotfl: I mean, I know we have to leave at the time they slip under the door. I forgot to make the clear - I guess I was more concerned about the arrival time - oops! :)

So, we should make sure when we check in at the airport ME counter that they have our flight info correct for our departure flight?

I feel kinda nervous just because I haven't done it before.

Yes, that's right - that's what we did last trip, and they can also confirm it with you at your hotel.

If you're nervous, you can give them a call tomorrow and add your flight info. The number is in the booklet. :goodvibes
