We were originally flyingd Delta, and we got our ME envelope in May. At the beginning of June (a month before trip), we ended up cancelling our Delta res. and scheduling Southwest. We called Disney and informed them of this, and our info was updated. My question is - should we be expecting to get another ME packet in the mail or do we just use the booklet in the first one (I believe I have read that ME scans something in your booklet? this is our first time using ME and I haven't read through the booklet yet...
). I have looked over the info on wdwinfo.com, but I'm still not sure.
Also, on our info on disneywebsite, where it lists the ME res, it says pick up at 12:00 am and departure at 12:00 am (neither of which are the time of our flights). I'm assuming that it is not supposed to have our specific time since you are not assigned an actual bus that you HAVE to be on - is this right?

I mean, I know we have to leave at the time they slip under the door. I forgot to make the clear - I guess I was more concerned about the arrival time - oops!
