ME Boarding Voucher

My brother, whom we are sharing a room with part of our vacation, had to make the ME reservations for my Husbands arrival flight as it is his reservation when my husband arrives.

Well, he received the luggage tags and booklet last week, but for some insane reason he gave the booklet to his 5 year old to do what she wanted with thinking all he needed were the yellow luggage tags. Needless to say the boarding vouchers are gone.

My husband is a nervous traveler-just his nature when things aren't rutine. He will be travelling alone and leaving from a new airport. Both of which are enough for him to deal with. I know... I know, but he really can't help it. Now to add to the other issues he may not have is arrival boarding passes!

My brother said he will call to try and get new ones, but that means he will do that when he is good and ready which may be at least a week.

Now for my question-

Will he be able to check in w/o the boarding passes and still be able to board the bus in case my brother just never gets around to calling them in time?

We leave in 2.5 weeks, so I am hopeful if he calls today, they can be resent and arrive in time.

Thankfully our ME reservation for our departure is on my own reservation, so I have all necessary documents for that.

Okay, relax. Your dh will be fine. I've had a brain cramp while packing and packed my boarding passes in my checked luggage! I had no problem checking in at the desk. Don't forget...there are lots of people that book late in the game and never get their packet at all..no boarding vouchers, no yellow tags, and they do just fine. As long as your dh is listed on the reservation, he will be fine getting on the bus.

Go ahead and call to ease your mind but I had the same question when I added DME late and I was told the computer will have this information, no need to have the paper bus tix. Enjoy your trip!

New ones will be printed on the spot when you arrive in Orlando. They (but not the yellow baggage tags) are also used for the trip back home.
