Hi, This Thanksgiving we are staying at the BC for the first time. We will be taking ME and I just want our check -in to go smooth. We are surprising my DH by staying club-level! Is there a way to let someone know ahead of time so we can be brought to the concierge check- in and not have to stay in line. Thanks for any suggestions. Coacoa

When you arrive at the Beach Club tell the Cast Members working at the bell desk that you're staying Club Level. Someone should come and greet you and take you to the Club Level lounge to check-in, since you need you're KTTW cards for elevator access and during that time you won't have any.

Actually, unless things have changed, for the YC/BC club level, you do get an elevator key card ahead of time. Not all club levels handle their check-in procedures the same way.

coacoa, you can verify this with the IPO staff, but I was sent a great packet ahead of time. It contained park maps, recreation information, resort guide and an elevator key which accessed the club level floor. When you arrive at the resort, you can head right to the elevator, slip the card in and punch the 5th floor. That's provided you are arriving between 7am and 10pm.

That is exactly what I have experienced at the YC (not sure if they do it the same at the BC).
