Does anyone know if ME will be available Dec 2006?

Also - I will be booking my hotel this evening however if I need to change the flight numbers for ME is this possible?

ME is free until October or November of 2006, at this point it is not known if it will cost to use ME after that time period.
Disney has spent a lot of money for the new buses etc, so the transportation will not just end, but it may not be free.
If your flight changes you can call with your new info, it is not a problem.
