MDE (website version) and times?

I have used MDE website for making a plan for the two days we are going to MK. Last week when I made the plan it had FOF parade times for 12 and 3 for july 29 and 30. When I look today it only has parade time listed at 3 pm. Does anybody know if the FOF parade also runs at 12? Also I had added some character meetings throughout the park and when I look today and choose my dates it says none times available. Which is weird because they are already on my plan so they had to of had times for my dates.

Has anybody else had issues with this??

The only dates that (currently) show 2 FoF Parades on the Disney TA Calendar for July are the 3rd and 4th.
