MDE tickets work on website but not on app??

Hi guys,i linked my tickets to the MDE website a long time ago,but now when i go on the app and log on they are not showing on there?.It tells me to link my tickets but then when i use the ones i already linked via the website it comes up saying the tickets already assigned?


Any ideas on whats up and how to fix it?

The app is less reliable than the site in general. If you can stick to using the site, I would do that.

Do your tickets appear when you use the site?

Yes the tickets do appear on the website,just find it strange that they don't show up on the app,just think it would be easier on the app.
