Hi. Calling from the UK does anyone have the number I need to call WDW techies about sorting out the mess that is my MDE app. Thanks.

If you're not making ADR's or FP+ today, my advice is not to touch it. The whole freaking site is a mess and mine has been changing on an hourly basis this last week. Trouble is the stuff that is not showing is actually really there and if you have people and tickets appearing in your account, they display but really aren't there. So when you try 'fix' it you end up undoing things that were actually correct. I will go find the number for you and post it if nobody gets back here before I do.

This new system is a joke.

I have to re-do all my reservations as somehow I managed to book them all on the same day - 11 tables within 2 hours of each other all on May 3rd! - I know I was searching on different days but somehow its defaulted back to that date- frustrating!

In your case I suggest you call the dining reservations number and ask them to check. Before you start changing stuff, make sure that it actually is wrong, not that it is just displaying incorrectly. This is the most unstable, volatile and temperamental website I have ever come across

It's only just beginning! Testing for offsite guests has begun. Just to put more strain on an already buckling system. Ya know, just because it's fun and they can ..... So the system didn't work with limited testing invites and the solution was to add more and more groups to the pool of testers, finally incorporating all resort guests, now AP holders and the beginning of offsite guests being added to the mix. Don't get me wrong, I don't think it's fair to eliminate guests from the chance to get FP and it has to be done. But it's really no rocket science when a platform won't hold 1000 people, that adding another 10,000 is not going to fix the weaknesses

I now have two more people staying in our room according to MDE. I don't know where they think they are going to sleep lol

I am not looking - everything was fine except DD has not been allocated a Magic Band for her AP which I was going to call about however I think I might wait

I think the offsite rollout should have waited until they got all the AP holders sorted IMO. Loading AP holders plus offsite within a week was a **** idea - the sad thing is I am not actually surprised

I don't see why they can't just give pre-booking as a perk for onsite guests like unlimited FOTL is for onsite at US.

Well thanks for the contact number. I sat on hold for 15 minutes but then the guy I spoke to stopped DDs split personality and got her to appear just the once and made sure everything was linked to her. He was very interested how I have got Epcot FP Plus booked before 60 days. I told him it seems to be a glitch on the i phone app. I can only do it for Epcot but have managed to get Epcot FP plus early. We will see if that is the end of it....... He said he's been really busy taking feedback!!!!!!!!!!
