MDE still acting up - canceling a reservation?

Hi all! I'm still unable to login to MDE using my desktop/laptop. Will I be able to cancel a room if I call Disney, or do I just need to wait?

At least the app is working, but I need to cancel the reservation in the next day or so since my last minute trip won't work out.
