I just purchased tickets for our March trip today. I purchased them over the phone with the convention/group arm of Disney. I bought 8 day base convention tickets-- 3 adult tickets (ME, DH, and our 10 yo) and 1 child ticket (our 8 yo). I was only charged for the 4 tickets. I logged into MDE and it shows the child ticket twice on the screen, assigned to my 8 yo, so it looks like he has 2 tickets-- they are both listed as child 8 day convention tickets. I called back to the convention/group line and the CM tried to fix it by removing the child ticket and adding it back on. It did not work. She said it may take up to 24 hours, but she also assured me that I won't have a problem reserving FP+, etc, even if the extra ticket is listed. Is that true, or am I going to run into some kind of problem if that extra ticket doesn't disappear? The CM told me to call the internet help desk tomorrow if I was still concerned about it and it didn't disappear. Has this happened to anyone else? Did you run into any problems booking FP+ because of it?

this stuff happens...all the time. And from what I can see tonight,the site is down. Doesn't matter to me b/c I was told that the MASSIVE issues I am having currently won't be resolved for 24 hours anyway. I'm holding my breath while waiting on it not getting fixed. Again. Hope they can fix the issue for you.
