MDE setup confusion

I have always had one mde account with dh and I both on it. When he wanted to use it on his phone he just used my login. The account showed all my magic bands and cards under my profile and all his under his profile.
I recently made a dvc reservation for us & 2 friends. Wanting the friends to have access to the reservation, I sent them a friends & family invite which they accepted. The stay is now on both their mde accounts.
Everything looked good except now my dh doesn’t have (or I just can’t see) any magic bands or cards. Everything just disappeared for him.
What have I done and how do I fix this???

You might need to call the IT people - (407) 939-4357. They’re very helpful!

Well, I duplicated myself once, and they were very understanding in straightening it out! So I’m sure they’ll help you!

I agree IT call is easiest and they are very helpful. I have gotten MDE all messed before too.

MDE can sometimes has issues with how it works. Calling Disney is the best way to save yourself some time instead of spending an hour fiddling with all of the options. When we went to Disney a few years ago with 2 other families, prior to our trip some got MDE to work fine while others didn't. We called Disney and they were able to see something we couldn't and fixed the problem for us.

Yes! I’ve had this happen too, not necessarily with MDE but with the DCL app. I couldn’t view our charges from a very recent cruise, and it turned out that the app had created new identities for me every time I logged on to make a payment!
