I was trying to book another room for our trip next year and the main resort page list shows availability for a ton of places but when I clicked on the individual resort to see the room type options, none were available. I joined a chat and they said they are aware and it has been this way for 2 hours and they are not sure when it will be back up working correctly. Just wanted to let everyone know that you have to call currently (unless they were wrong in the chat and the phone reservation system is down too
