MDE Reservation time conflicts ??

Just had my first dabble on MDE and booked 10 days worth in less than 15 mins. (including a group for 13 people)

Checking the MDE app on my iPhone, all of the ressies are showing, but the times are 1 hour earlier than showing on my computer and confirmation emails. Reservation numbers all match.

Any ideas?

I don't know the solution but I've heard this is quite common!

It seems to be a time zone issue. Are you in central time zone.

It's been going on for a while now and seems to be the norm rather than the exception! Mine has been like that for a few weeks now but I've just left it for now as my email confirmation has it correct. Not dining reservations, but recently some folk reported issues with their FP+ doing this. Some went in and changed them and then it rectified itself and they had everything an hour (or however many it was) late so my advice is don't mess with it

By the way, well done booking then with +10 on MDE. When I did mine in December I could not for love or money get mine to open up the +10 despite that I was logged in and clearly have an onsite reservation.

There is a known glitch currently with the app. It has only been happening for the last few weeks. Apparently it is something to do with daylight savings. Hopefully the newest update for the app (due soon) will rectify it.

If you log in to MDE on the internet (rather than using the app) the times will all show correctly.

I booked my ADR's today and spotted the glitch too, glad its not just me then.
I noticed when I clicked on the ADR's via the app, it gave the correct time there.

Yes. Our first day on DDP will be 7th August. Managed to book up to 16th Aug.
This new system is by far the easiest I have had booking ADR's.
That was the kiss of death.....now watch the servers crash

Well done, can't get it to work for our booking I can do ADR's but not our 180 + 10 for some reason ..?
What web browsers did you use and how'd you start the process ???

Using Safari on Macbook Pro and Disney website. I know Martin (burt) had problems when trying to use the MDE app on iPad
When you log into MDE, is the calendar for August showing your +10 dates? (in a shaded block)
I did a few dummy bookings a few days before my actual window and when that worked I was happy.
Have you checked your correct accommodation dates are shown in your MDE? . Friends of ours noticed the wrong accommodation dates where shown and phoned to get them corrected. Good Luck

Mine is the same when I look at our list of ADRs on MDE on my phone (Galaxy s4), but when I click on the reservation is shows the right time.

Same as me then Safari on my macbook, yep all correct dates for accommodation and +10 dates in a light blue shaded block ..... but it don't wanna let me book just keeps saying sorry please call us
