MDE Refresher

It's been 5-1/2 years since we have been to WDW and I am having a hard time figuring out how I did things for my family last time.
Our Trip
5 family members, 2 rooms.
1 room me and 1 DGD
1 room DD, DSIL, other DGD - she is listed as primary on that room

I manage everyone in MDE.
we have room and tix booked through a TA. I will be handling Genie+ for all (DGD will assist using my MDE account).

My daughter had an MDE account in 2016, but we can't remember any details.

I think she needs to:

1. set up the app, create/update her account
2. she has her own confirmation # from the TA. After her account is set, does she use that confirmation# to get the details into her plans?
3. she (we both do) need to do on line check in
4. she will need to set up a PIN for the magic bands and add a credit card for charges
5. the only thing she will be doing while we are on vacation is mobile order and charges for other meals and other incidentals.

Is that it? I don't want to have us mess anything up and have to contact Disney for assistance.

If she has her own MDE, the easiest thing to do would be to re-set the password on that. I would use the website for this, quite honestly.

Have her try to log in with her email address and say "forgot password". If the account exists, it'll send a link to update the password.

If she doesn't see her reservation, she would link the reservation with the confirmation number from the TA.

Where it might get weird is if you created another version of her as a managed person under your profile. You'd have to share the managed version of her with the version of her that she owns to link the two.
