Hi all

hopefully an easy question.

Years ago I would have my Disney experience account and add my husband as a family member using an email link I think it sent.

I am trying to do it now but it doesn’t allow me, I can add someone onto my account like our son who wouldn’t have his own account but can’t figure out how to link my husband as a family member.?

You should still be linked if you were linked previously. He's not listed under your friends and family?

Nope, he isn’t there.

possibly it was on an old email account. Can’t quite remember

thought I could resend a new invite but I’m not getting any options to currently

If he used to be there but isn't anymore and there's a possibility you're using a different email address, I'd call the MDE Help folks. You may have multiple accounts and need to merge them, or there may be a different issue. DH and I have had our own accounts since MDE first came out, and I've never had to link him (or anyone else in my F&F) again after the first time.

I’ll try and call them tomorrow

when on my account though, it doesn’t allow me to invite anyone via email.

I can add their info under my account and I can find them by apparently linking a reservation but that’s all the options it gives me

Managed to sort it via the online chat

I had to add someone and when it realised they are over 18, gives the option to send an email invite to join the family
