MDE question

Ok, when I pull up my MDE on my computer, everything is there. When I try to pull it up on the app on my phone, it says my log in info is incorrect and when I try to link my reservations, etc, it tells me that it can't be found! What do I need to do to correct this? Can I not have it on both? Thanks!
 
The password should be the same for both and everything should appear. Double check your login details.
 
Yes mine was acting up too. Mine didn't show the reservations but then didnt allow me to link because "it is already linked" . I think it's the New App push. Close it all the way down and reopen it. The account information should be the same. Once I did that everything showed up. You may need to call tech support but try closing down the app and logging back in.
 
I had a problem logging in to the app when I got a new phone. I called the phone number that came up in the error and they did something to fix it in about two minutes. Maybe try that?
