MDE question about FP+

We are traveling with two other families the second week of October. DD and I will check in on 10/7 while the other two families check in on 10/10. We are all linked in MDE. I was able to make ADRs for the group when my window opened up with the +10 rule. I was even allowed to make ADRs when neither DD or myself were listed just for our friends.

My question is will the same principle apply when making FP+ where I can make them for the group before their window opens? Can I make them without be present? We haven't used the FP+ system yet and I'm a little confused. Thanks for all of your expertise and help!!!

You will be able to make their FP+ reservations when YOUR date and time arrives.
