MDE Problems

Looking for advice:
Have been either on the phone with, or on hold waiting for help with MDE most of the morning...
Noticed that cc info is outdated & want to get straightened out before I make ADR's in a couple weeks. Just need to edit the exp date. Can't edit. So I tried to delete and start all over. Still can't do.
Called tech support twice. Was advised to disable pop-up blockers. Did that - no improvement.
Called back & was told I'm using an edition of Internet Explorer that is too old. Really? It's IE 10. Tried using another computer altogether and going in under Google Chrome. Still no luck. Was advised to call "Reservations" and have them enter info for me. Have now been on hold for over 20 minutes!
Anybody out there have any advice for me?

I'm going to bump this up in the hopes someone with some computer savvy can help me....
No one has been able to help me edit my payment info under "My Profile". All those hours on the phone were for naught so I contacted WDW via email & rec'd the response that I should download the newest version of JAVA - which I did - & delete my browsing history again - also done. No go...
I'm really afraid it will affect my ability to make ADR's coming up soon.
FWIW - the email I rec'd told me to just call for ADR's- THAT was lots of help! I want to make a reservation at the Chef's Table @ V & A's - and that will almost definitely be gone as soon as online reservations open. Don't think there's any chance of getting it by phone.
I can't edit or delete any info regarding payments. Can access Magic Bands & friends & family.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Contacting WDW whether by phone or email has been less than fruitful. They basically told me to take an aspirin and NOT to call them in the morning!:rotfl2:
Oh - they didn't forget to add: "We thank you so much for your patience as we work to bring the new and exciting products and services of MyMagic+ to life at the Walt Disney World Resort". (I think they must have been talking to someone else....):rolleyes2
 
Do you have a smartphone or tablet with the MDE app loaded. You can update your CC information using that (at least MDE for Apple iDevices can).
 
I personally never had a problem with MDE. However, I had an update on the app for my iPad and cell phone today. Maybe that was part of the problem.

Going to try & download the app & change the info. Hope that works.
