MDE problems modifying a reservation

Anyone else experiencing problems with reservations in MDE? The app has been useless to me for a long time, but I’m trying to modify a reservation in MDE in my computer’s browser (Chrome). I want to reduce the number of guests (instead of 5 I want to modify to 4) at a Chef Mickey’s reservation next week. I’ve never had any problems with this in the past, but now it tells me my request could not be processed. Is there any sense in calling Disney Dining or will they also tell me it can’t be done? I’m not too worried. We’ve arrived for reservations with one fewer guest in the past, but I like to modify when I can in case this would open up a reservation for someone else.

Don't even worry about it. You won't be charged the no show fee unless nobody shows up. Nice of you to be considerate of other visitors, but not worth the stress.

I would just call Disney Dining who should be able to change your ADR guest count.

I’ve had this issue a couple of time and deleting the app then reinstalling it seems to work. I had a cancelled adr that kept showing up in MDE as well as a few that I wanted to modify. After deleting and reinstalling the app the old adr is gone and I was able to change another one.

As mentioned, just call and they should be able to fix it for you. Another group of 6 will appreciate it.

My app wasn’t modifying either, but I was able to make changes on my iPad logging in via safari. I didn’t try uninstalling it.
