MDE Online Better than App for Multiple Res

Am I doing something wrong? I have two reservations, but on the app, I only see the one that is sooner. The only way I can confirm they’re both there is to personalize magic bands. Online, both reservations can be seen.

In addition, I loaded a reservation for Family and Friends, and I guess I expected to see it, but again, I can only see it under magicbands.

So, am I doing something wrong?

I had a problem like this recently. I had to call MDE tech support, and it turned out they needed to refresh something from their end. I'm not sure what they did exactly, but after that phone call, I could see everything in the app they way I was supposed to see it.
