MDE not showing purchased tickets

SIGH. So, I finally got my BFF and longtime WDW traveling companion to let me purchase our tickets. (I’ve been trying to get her to do this for months. I got our resort reservation and ADRs months ago. Our FP window opened over a month ago.)

So, great, I go to the WDW site and purchase us each a 4-day MidDay Magic ticket. I get my confirmation email. I log onto MDE so I can start getting our FPs... and they’re not there. I try the mobile app: not there. I try linking them with the confirmation code in my email- and get the dreaded error message about not being able to link this ticket as it’s already been linked.

Call Guest Services. Get transferred to website support. Wait on hold 45 minutes. Finally speak to the support rep, who confirms that yes, he can see my tickets and they ARE linked to my account, but they arean’ t displaying in MDE for some reason. He speaks to his supervisor and discovers that ALL the support calls are about this, that this is a known issue that they’re working on, and that’s all he can tell me.

So I guess I’ll just... try back tomorrow or whatever until it finally works as my FP window shrinks down to nothing.

I had an issue with this after I made some changes to my resort reservation the other day. I did online chat and the CM ended up refreshing my reservation and it solved the problem. I hope they can help you out.

Yep- I see an error message on the app and the site now. Oh well, will check back tomorrow!

Update: seemed to be fixed as of about midnight last night and I was able to get my FP selections - hooray!
