MDE not showing my plans--when do I panic?

I have not been able to log in on a computer to see my plans for a few days, and this morning I now see I can't see my plans on my phone app either (it says I have no plans). I have never planned as much as I have for our trip that is in one month--tons of ADRs, all our FP+, plus I added in times for entertainment things--I never plan like this). What is going on? Who do I call?

That has happened to me a couple of times. I logged out, without attempting to change anything. I came back in 4-6 hours and checked it, everything reappeared fine.

Unless you've paid for Disney's " Premature Panic & Pixie Package" you are not allowed to panic until 24 hours in advance. :earboy2:

If it doesn't show up , all you need to do is " pull down " the screen from the top on the app to refresh it..

Don't panic, this will continue to happen. It will all show back up again. One day you'll see fastpasses, the next some will be gone, the next day others will be for just one person instead of everyone in your group. I'm not sure why IT hasn't figured out something to fix this yet, but roll with it for a while. Now, that doesn't mean bad things don't happen and some people have lost their information and haven't been able to get it back, but that's the minority for sure.

I logged in at my 61 day mark- I could see everything fine... the 60 day mark came yesterday and went- NO FASTPASSES:scared: made thanks to the website displaying an error on every section of my website. I gave it 24 hours and called because last time I could not get what I needed. It is still not working but the rep confirmed and read to me all of my reservations for dining and said there must be some issues. I was able to make my fast pass selections over the phone. This was not my preferred method but it got the job done. Yes I was frustrated but I am happy to have my memorial day plans solidified as I know it is busy.

Thanks goodness- that I kept my spreadsheet - I was able to see the dining reservations while trying to make our FP via phone....

If it is not around a important date- I would just wait- it will show up.

Same thing happened to me before my trip. I called customer service and the CM said they could see everything. It showed up a couple if hours later. Disney IT is not the greatest.

Thank you all for the don't panic messages. I'm a panicker by nature I think. Next time I'll pay the extra for the "Premature Panic and Pixie Package." I'm guessing I'll need to borrow against my 401k to make that happen.:goodvibes

Don't worry- it happen ALL the time! Usually logging out and logging back in will help... if not, just give it some time.

Try signing in and out of the app. Happened to me several times. Sometimes the app signs you out.

Try signing in through your browser on the phone. I had a ton of trouble with them missing on and off from the app, so I just pulled them up from the browser (log into disneyworld.com etc. like you would on a computer) and it was fine.

Definitely try logging out and back in...but that might not do anything. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that fixed things.

My app has also lost my linked tickets - that caused some panic for a while. They eventually showed back up though.

I wonder what happens when your app decides to loose your fatspasses while you are at the park. Since they still "exist" in your account I would imagine that your magic band would still link to them...

Does this mean I better bring a print out of our fastpass and ADRs each day to the park? I rely on the phone app to tell me what to do next.

You can do a screenshot of your fastpasses, then it wouldn't matter if the app lost them. They should also show up on any of the kiosks in the parks.

Neither my DS nor I have been able to pull up any reservations on the app in some time. I have logged out and back in, updated the operating system. I guess I'll have to call Disney to figure it out.

Here's what finally solved my problem--I have had 2 disney.com accounts, one using UsernameA and one using my email address as the username. I have never booked a trip using the email address. I've had more than one trip booked using the UsernameA account, including this upcoming one. I got an email saying my magic bands had shipped, and that gave me the idea to try logging in with my email address instead. Everything has been migrated from one account to the other.

That's exactly what I do. Even inside the parks, I only use the browser, never the app - the browser just seems to work so much better.

Thanks so much for the advice. Called Disney, as nothing would work. Couldn't log into my vacation account, either. The problem was that the "back system" and "main system" were pointing to different email addresses. One was set on an old Pixie Hollow email account my DD used when she was into that. I guess the system was confused. The really nice IT lady worked her "magic" and all is fixed now.
