MDE not showing combined reservations.

I hope someone can help me with this. I am renting points from a DVC owner. I had 3 separate reservations at 3 different resorts. We waitlisted the middle 2 days so we could add those 2 nights on to one of the other resorts. So our waitlist came through for one of the nights and they owner snagged it and then he had the reservations combined. Well it isn't showing up as combined on MDE. Everything else is showing up there fine and before it was combined that night showed up on MDE also. So I called and talked to a CM. She told me the updated information isn't showing up because the reservation still has the owners phone number and email attached to it. What I don't understand is why do the other ones show up then? He has his info attached to all of it. She said I should have him change the information over to mine but the owner said this is how he does it all the time. He said he keeps it on there in case he needs to make changes which we still may need to make due to the other night. It makes no sense. She did say that it shows that the reservations were combined. Any ideas? TIA
 
Many posters here recently have had similar problems - solved by doing or updating Online Checkin. Try that, and I'm sure others with experience will be reading this thread soon and offering other options.

Oh interesting. Yeah I haven't done my online check in yet since my trip isn't until February. Thank you. I know the CM also said they are having a lot of glitches on the site.
 

Glad that worked.

Second - the owner doesn't need to do what they are doing. They ALWAYS have access to the reservation because they own it. And they will get the email confirmations even when they enter someone else's email into the reservation. However it's probably not worthwhile trying to tell them that. ;)

Thanks Kat. Been so long since we were owners that I don't totally remember how things worked lol
