MDE - Not Seeing F&F Hotels?

Hi!

This could have been asked somewhere else but the search didn’t pull up anything helpful.

Has there been a change to MDE where you no longer see your Friend&Family’s hotel reservations if they’re not on the same one as you?

We are traveling down in January. My mom and I booked first and are on reservations together. My aunt decided to come as well and is staying somewhere else. My sister and brother in law also just decided to tag along and are also going to stay somewhere else. None of us can see the others hotel reservations except for my mom and I since we’re linked to the same one.

Additionally, I no longer see my family’s information aside from Park Passes for their trip this month, like dining reservations.

We have all checked our settings and even unlinked then relinked. We’ve checked all of the settings for sharing. My mom tried calling Disney but didn’t get much help.

Is this just a new change or is there something I’m missing somewhere?

Try adding a "Note" using the MDE website and include everyone on it. This will sometimes trigger MDE to show all plans.

Another thing that works to make your friends and family resort reservations appear in MDE is to make a dining reservation that includes everyone. That makes the resort info magically appear.
