MDE not finding tickets

Hello

I am having a problem with MDE. I have booked a package (dining, hotel, tickets) through Disney (UK), we are 103 days out. I have made ADRs and we are staying at POFQ and GF (only for two nights just so we can experience it- hehe)! All these details are showing on the app. However it says we do not have park tickets, when I try to add them it says my reservation number is already being used by another user.
I know I can't make FP+ ressies until the 60 day mark but I want to ensure I can on that day to ensure we get the ones we want.
Sorry if this has been asked before I tried to search but didn't have much luck!

We had a similar issue with our package booked in the uk. We had to contact virgin to sort it. Which while they said they did, actually hadn't. So I spent hours on the phone with disney technical and they managed to sort the booking out for us and link every thing so we could see it. Ours was for a family of five with fourteen days dining. But just to let you know, the mobile app is still temperamental I find it better going online and going through MDE that way.

Thank you, I think I may have to phone. All the dining (including Fireworks Dessert and Epcot new evening tasting thing) came up on it within moments which is why I'm a bit concerned!
I have tried online through the website and it is still saying the same.

We had a similar issue with my parents here in the US. When I tried to link their AP's to MDE it kept telling me that they were in use by another user. It turns out when they got their passes, my Mom gave her email address and I was setting up everything using my Dad's email address. I called Disney technical, gave them the AP #'s and they sorted the whole thing out. It took a while on the phone (maybe 40 minutes) but that's because the CM had to create an account for my Mom first and then she linked both of their accounts together (and then to my account). She was super helpful and gave me all kinds of tips for traveling with my young kids while she was doing it. Good Luck.
