MDE - None of my MemoryMaker/Photopass pics are appearing at all!

Anyone else have this issue today? Could someone kindly log in to take a look at their photopass photos to check?

I just went into MDE and they are not there anymore. I was just editing them last night and now none of them appear on MDE.

I've had nothing but problems with editing my photos since returning from our trip in MAY, yes MAY!! They extended my deadline due to technical issues so my deadline is next week. Now all my pics are gone. I'm not home right now so can't call them yet but hoping someone else knows what's going on....

Hope you found them. I have no advice but would be upset to lose all my pictures.

I don't think there is a systemwide problem. I just logged in and can see pictures from family who are there today. Perhaps they screwed up the extension? I doubt they wipe pictures immediatley, so they can probably help you when they are open again.

Just wanted to update that I called them first thing this morning and got all our pics back- apparently they mistakenly "dropped off our new expiry date". Ok whatever - our expiry date was July 23...

I am going to finish these edits tonight even if I have to stay up late and and download them all asap....this has been a nightmare with photo pass, when in the past it was so easy and fast!!
