MDE - multiple reservations

I’ve been to Disney multiple times - and like to think I can handle the Disney app pretty well.

This year I will be going to WDW with just my DD16 and staying at AKL. At the same time, my DD18 will be staying at the all-stars with her best friend to celebrate grad. The reservation is in their names, and the payment info is her separate credit card. My MDE is set up so my friends and family list is private - and so is hers. However, under “see my plans” ... I see both my hotel and her hotel reservations, and both my ADRs and her ADRs. I do NOT want to see all her reservations especially when both parties start booking fastpasses! I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled. Same problem. How do I fix this?! At her end, she’s only seeing her info. Help!

She needs to go into her MDX account and deselect “Share All Plans.” The reason you see hers is because she is “sharing” from her account.

The other thing you can do is Delete her from your MDX. Then you won’t see anything of hers.

Sorry, I’m only used to having one account for my family ... where exactly do you deselect “share all plans”. On both our apps, I went to “My Account”, “Family & Friends List” and scrolled down to “Want to share your list?” and picked “no keep my list private.” Where do I find keep the plans private?

You don’t have to do anything. It’s your daughter who needs to go into her Account Profile and not share her plans.

Use the website and access her account and deselect everything.

Really, it’s just easier to delete her from your account.

She has done the same steps. Selected no to sharing friends list ... not sure where else to go. I don’t find calling in to Disney helpful as it’s international for me.

Ironically, I do not see any of her plans if logging in from the website ... only on the app. And I’ve already tried deleting the app and reloading. Frustrating.

Then it’s a glitch. Have you updated your phone to the latest operating system? Try that too.

She’s still on your list so you’ll see her when you select guests for FP booking. If she’s not traveling with you, delete her and you won’t see her at all.

I think you are clicking the wrong thing. Keep my list private just means your friend can’t see all your other friends. So, like if you and I were friends on MDE, I could see you, but not your daughter.

You need to click on her name under my friends and family and select only plans we share, instead of all my plans. She needs to do the same thing on her account for your name.
