We went to WDW in October and I had to stop at each guest services after trying to get into the park as my ticket wouldn't link. Finally got it fixed last day. Now we are going again in March. Noticed that one member of my family had me listed on their family as friends twice with an avatar and without. Tried to link my ticket to MDE and it told me that the pass was already linked to someone else. Called the number that was provided, was told it was because family member had me as family/friend twice. Also told me my tix was expired ..so had to get that straightened out also. After being on the phone for more than 30 min they were able to get me down to being on her MDE one time and they linked my ticket. Horray! or so I thought. Family member went out and checked and her ticket is now no longer linked and she is told that another user has her number. Another call, this time an hour later I am told they can relink her ticket but mine can't be linked. I have to wait to go to guest services when I get there and they will have to issue me a new ticket. Family member can register and link fastpasses to her ticket and when we get to DW, after I go to guest services I will need them to link her fastpasses to mine. Thanks for letting me vent
For trip we were some of those lucky ones where everything went smooth with MB's and FP+ Hope your upcoming visit goes smoothly !
