MDE Issues?

I have a reservation for November - a room through David's rentals and then park tickets/passes booked directly though Disney. All my information shows up on my MDE through the app, but when I log-in on my laptop my profile is blank. It calls me by my first name last name, but when I try to add my info back in it says my first name last initial already has an account. I'm on hold with Disney now, but wondering if there's an easy way to fix it?

Well, the CM had me log-out and log back in and it was fixed. Not sure if she did anything or that was the main issue.

Now I have an issue because my sister is listed on the David's reservation but she's not going anymore. Hopefully she can be removed without issue.
