Not sure if this is the correct forum.

For some reason MDE app and online shows I don't have park tickets but everyone else does even tho I booked the trip.

I called the help desk. Everyone can see I have tickets in the system but for some reason it isn't visible online. The CM said shouldn't impact me when I go to enter the park but she created a ticket (takes up to 72 hours for a response) and the issue will be fixed before our trip in August.

Has anyone had this issue before?

I'm not worried as my fast passes and dining reservations shows all three of us. I always showed as having tickets prior to today.
 
LOL does it? I've never paid attention or had an issue like this. Well, that makes me feel better LOL
 
Likely just a glitch in what you can see in "front of house".
I'd say give it a few days and then check again.
If they can see it though its there.

The scariest was I went back in just now and it wasn't showing any fastpasses for my boyfriend in addition to not showing the tickets. I clicked through a different view and they started showing up again...briefly panicked though!

I am having this same issue today. CM put a ticket in for me as well.
 
Same here! The only tickets showing are my 12 year old daughter’s. Hoping it’s fixed by tomorrow morning so I can book our fast passes!
 
wow! wonder what was going on yesterday. last night went to check if it was fixed and everyones hotel and tickets were gone. couldn't pay my remaining balance. only thing showing was fast passes and dining reservations. i immediately started a chat and the CM fixed it. she said stitch likes to eat them sometimes. i get what she was doing but i was frustrated...she still couldnt get my tickets to display but saw the previous ticket for it. i had to again order magic bands because that order went away. but on the bright side i checked just now and my tickets are displaying online and in the app. so hopefully everything is fixed.
