MDE Info Gone

So I log onto MDE online this afternoon and all my info is gone. No family members, no record of MBs for my wife and I. Nothing.

We were just at WDW last month so I would not think all this info should be gone.

Plus when I logged in, it was acting like it was my first time coming in. Asked me to select a picture for myself, enter some other info, etc.

Anyone else have this issue? We are not going back for until next hear, but I would like to know where all my info got off to.

Yes. We leave in 18 days and I had FP selections and everything. My sisters family was linked to our account too.
Log in today and my stuff is not there. Says I don't have valid park admission. Sisters stuff there though. Called and they fixed it.
