Hi all,

I bought park tickets this morning for a last minute trip in June. I'm trying to link the tickets to my MDE account. All they gave me on the phone was a 12 digit confirmation number. I keep trying to enter that as my ticket ID number on MDE to link the tickets and it keeps telling me that it does not match their records. Is the purchase confirmation number different than the ticket ID number? If so, how do I get the ticket ID number so that I can link my tickets? Trying to avoid calling back to sit on hold.....

Where did you buy the tickets from? That would help folks in the know answer.

I called the Disney number listed on the Disney website and ordered by phone.

Did you do Will Call for your tickets or have them mail them to you? If it's a Will Call order, the confirmation # should link to your MDE. If they are mailing them, the confirmation will not work in linking the tickets and you will have to wait until your tickets arrive in the mail to link them to MDE.

MDE was down this morning, but is pretty much back up now. Try again, your issues may have been due to the system problems.

What if I purchased tickets through TA and only have email with a confirmation number?
