My friend is going to Disney in Sept, she is staying onsite and booked a package through Thomas Cook. She has free dining and it is showing in MDE but when she goes and tries to book CRT it is trying to charge her, there appears to be no option to link it to her DDP.

Can any one give any help please

Is she logged in? I know that sounds silly, but it logs me out quickly... When I try a dummy booking, it gives me the option to use my DDP as the guarantee. It still requires a credit card hold too though.

Agreed, check the login. It only takes 5 or so minutes of not being active on the page/app and it logs you out of MDE, even though you show as logged into the website at the top of the page (it keeps you signed in on the website page but not in your MDE account).

What is it trying to charge her for? The full cost of the meal? She does know that you have to give credit card details now when making ADRs (and you always had to, as far as I am aware, fo rCRT anyway). It doesn't necessarily mean she will get charged, it's just a guarantee so you don't 'no-show'.

That's right. I had to put in my card details before I could make any ADR's. It's now a guarantee required for all reservations.

No she is definitely logged in.

Trying to charge her the full price $200 odd dollars, she has been able to book all her other meals online and leave her CC details incase of a no show but she just can't get CRT booked online. I'm sure there must be a glitch so she is going to phone and try and book CRT tonight
