I have reservations for June, and had added hopper passes. This morning they announced some new summer discounts, so I jumped online and took advantage of it, then I called a CM to make sure all was well. It took 1 hour, 4 minutes to get through but finally I was able to speak with someone. (I took a shower, got dressed, went to the post office, drove 15 minutes to my DS's house, got my DGD dressed and took my DGD to school while waiting). Worth the wait, I got a bit more off! So, I went home to see that the discount was in place. The total amount owed does not show up and I can't get into my details to see what is there. However, I now have 2 4 day hoppers for my son, 2 4 day hoppers for my DDIL, and 1 4 day hopper each for my DGDs, a total of 6 4 day hoppers when I need 4. Back on the phone, and 1 hour 2 minutes later, I speak to a CM and she confirms that I do indeed have a reservation for 4, that the total owed is correct, but the appearance if the 2 additional hoppers is a glitch. She sends me to IT and after 42 minutes total, I still have 6 hopper passes.
Will this make a difference when I go to get my fps? I am still at 88 days so I have time to get it straightened out, but it's a pain. What about my MBs? Any other repercussions that you can think of?
