MDE frustration--website is horrible!

I have been trying for 2 weeks to update MDE to "Add DVC" to my available options for purchasing the Gold AP. When I do so, it takes me to a blank white screen. It does not show me the DVC pass options, even though IT KNOWS I'm a DVC member! I've had my DVC membership account linked to MDE for 2 years. WTH? Has anyone else experienced this? I guess I will have to buy my AP's over the phone.
 
I'm not having the exact same problem, but when I go to MDE I can't make a payment on my reservation or even see what the balance is. I called Disney and they acted like they didn't know there was a problem. But you are right; WTH.
 
I'm not a DVC member so I can't say (and you might get some better help posting on the DVC forum), but what are you using to access it? Try the app if you can. When I went to make ADRs, the website online wouldn't recognize that my split stay meant I could make reservations, but the app did. Try multiple devices and app/website. Sometimes one works better than the other.
