MDE fastpass+ selections...

i just logged on MDE and found out that all my fastpass selections that i made last week, all gone , as if i never made selections at all.

However as i was about fill up all selections, now they are telling they are replacing my previous selections...
did that ever happen to you?
 
I am seeing the same thing for a family member in the app (says no fastpass selections but they are there if I try to change). For me, it says there are only 2 fastpass selections on a few days but I see all 3 if I go through to change. I see even different results if I look on the MDE web site. Does anyone know which is the page to rely on?
 
There have been a lot of issues with the website and app this week. Mine has displayed different information almost every hour over the past 3 days and the online version has for me been more reliable than the app. If it helps, the things that disappeared have all eventually come back so don't mess with it just yet unless you have to; and if you do, it may be better to call than to play around with it yourself in case you undo something you think is gone but end up messing up what was there that you just can't see.

It's just mind blowing, this whole thing! :faint:
 
Same with having issues. I have a trip coming up and sometimes it displays my fastpasses and sometimes it says they can't find them, same with dining reservations. I start to freak out a little bit but then log out and log back in and they all show up. It makes me nervous to play around with my fastpass selections though.
 

Maybe this all has to do with some reprogramming to allow APs to make advance FP+ reservations?
 
Same thing is happening to me. I am planning a trip with 10 adults who are not all doing the same things at the same time. Making it confusing enough to keep straight but even more confusing when I can't trust any of the info online or on the app. I have called two seperate times and asked what fast passes people actually have and when in there system and both time everyone has what they should. Just doesn't show up online or on app correct. It is kinda ridiculous to have that big a glitchy thing going on. Why can't they put up a banner or message online so people can at least see they are having issues and not panic that all their planning is now gone.

If I had a dime for every time this has happened to me, I'd be rich. The entire system is absurd and functions as if it were designed by a 3-year old. It's amazing to me that Disney spent billions on this piece of ****.

At any given time, I will get a notice that my FP reservations can't be found. Next time it's my resort reservation. At other times, my reservations are all there but my daughter's aren't. And, yet again, the reverse has happened - her reservations all show up and mine don't.

This didn't just start in the past few days but has been happening, off and on, ever since I set up my account.

I'll say it again - Disney's MDE stinks and is unreliable. Billions of dollars and this is the result?????

The only positive I can offer is that, after logging in multiple times, the reservations usually magically reappear. I have copied each page and intend to take the copies with me just to prove that I do have reservations. Why? Because I have every expectation that some of the FPs and/or ADRs will "disappear"from my MB when I'm at the parks.
 
I logged in yesterday and random members of my party were disappearing from our FP+ selections. I freaked a little, called IT, got right through to someone and she went over each and every one to make sure they were right. All the right numbers were there, they were just not showing up in the app (tablet and desktop).

This is our 2nd trip with FP+/MB and I was disappointed because the first one was flawless.

This has been going on since the middle of last week. The information does actually reappear (sometimes bringing new guests into your room :rotfl:) and then correcting itself again. I never know from what hour to the next what I'm going to find (or who!) and what will be 'gone' from my MDE account. It's like magic!
