MDE family members listed more than once

Hi. Somehow when I go into my Disney account there are two names for my sister and I listed. One has out magic bands for last trip, but the other has all our reservations for this trip. Is there a way to combine them? I want to make sure that we will be able to use both magic bands when we are there. Thanks!

Ps Am I right in thinking that we will be able to use the old magic bands interchangeably?

I had to call tech support to have them merge the people together.

Yes, you are able to use any active magic bands interchangably.

This happened to us and when I called to inquire if it needed to be fixed (it did), IT/Magic Band "issues" was one of the choices in the menu to dial up. (e.g. press 4 for technical help...) Have a great trip!
