MDE Error on Remaining Balance

For the past 2 days I get the error message "We're sorry. Detail payment information is not available at this time. Please try again later." Has anyone been getting this? I used over 20 gift cards from the bridal shower on Sunday and had to call to use 3 more yesterday.
 
I have been getting that same message for over a week. I finally called and had to wait forever to apply payment. When questioned, the CM laughed and said it can be "temperamental" and to keep trying. :confused3
 
Try clicking on the refresh button, that usually helps. :)

Many would agree with her description. My cast member just said I am sorry you are experiencing issues. I didn't take it further. This is the first real issue I have had with MDE besides wanting the ability to enter multiple gift cards at once. Entering one at a time and processing takes forever.

I always try that first. I assumed it would work in a few hours, but that was 2 days ago. :confused3

Not sure what you mean by the "refresh button". I've logged in and out many times and that doesn't help. I've gone straight to the ticket part that should show the balance and still same error message as noted. Sometimes it just sits saying "loading..." I'm glad to know that it's not just me with this problem. :crazy2:
