I'm far from being a computer/internet genius, but could it be that a high volume of site traffic on a Saturday morning + the already crappy/wiggy/glitchy website that WDW is known for, be the present problem?
It wasn't working before, but its working now!![]()
I would HOPE not.
A multi billion dollar corporation like Disney should have a website that's able to handle whatever amount of visitors it gets.
For example, Google receives approx 180,000,000 page views per month. Have you EVER seen it down? Disney receives about 5% of what Google gets -- and yet its glitchy all the time.
UPDATE: Called Disney Tech support and it's a global issue that will hopefully be resolved by this afternoon. Can't imagine how the people who are physically in the parks are handling this.
