MDE down for anyone else?

Error after error after error after not being able to find our linked reservations that have been linked for 3 months after error.

Anyone else having issues with MDE today?
 
I'm far from being a computer/internet genius, but could it be that a high volume of site traffic on a Saturday morning + the already crappy/wiggy/glitchy website that WDW is known for, be the present problem?
 

Yes…. "some of your experiences are not available for viewing at this time." It gives me the toggle button "retry" which gives me the same result. Way to spend $1.5B, Disney!!

I would HOPE not.

A multi billion dollar corporation like Disney should have a website that's able to handle whatever amount of visitors it gets.

For example, Google receives approx 180,000,000 page views per month. Have you EVER seen it down? Disney receives about 5% of what Google gets -- and yet its glitchy all the time.

Trying not to panic bc others are experiencing problems as well but I REALLY don't want to be one of those poor unfortunate souls who permanently lose all to their FP+s!

You wonder WHEN they are going to clean-house of the team that is responsible for this awful website functionality and get persons in there who actually know what they are doing?
NOTE TO DISNEY: Call google and learn how it's done!
 
UPDATE: Called Disney Tech support and it's a global issue that will hopefully be resolved by this afternoon. Can't imagine how the people who are physically in the parks are handling this.

Just wonder if they're servers are down if the FP system is working?

I'm a systems admin....one thing that I have is called a redundant backup, if my main system fails I have it mirrored on a backup server that takes over if the main one is down for maintenance or just all out fails. If this is just server related I cannot or would not believe that a company with the resources and money Disney has would not have something like this in place.
 
I'm here now. Entire system is down. Frustrating but hasn't affected us much yet. It's down everywhere (ride entrances,kiosks).
 
Or Amazon. Heads would have rolled a long time ago if they were down 1% of the time that Disney is down. I thought Disney, of all people..., realized that time = money.

I have really been trying not to pass judgement on MDE prior to my trip. That being said, this is the most nerve wracking trip I have taken to date. Every day one of my reservations, ADR's or FP+'s are missing. I log on to MDE iPad, MDE iPhone or Internet based MDE and I have three different versions of my trip. I have taken screen shots of everything and saved every confirmation email and I am staying positive (trying) that all will be ok.

But seriously, my entire life has been consumed by this trip since February (and not in a good way most of the time). :worried:
 
I would hope there's a backup. I haven't really been paying attention to any new threads regarding FP+ issues or MDE.
 
Well, I got the "Server is temporarily down" coupled with the panic-stricken Donald Duck just now. How fortuitous that I printed out my entire MY RESERVATIONS page this morning (resort, tix, ADR's, FP) just in case...not that it would help much in the case of missing FP.

Disney's IT infrastructure has been the laughing stock of the web for a long time before MDE/MM+/FP+, and it continues to not disappoint in that regard.
