MDE/Disney website...

is anyone else having issues with MDE online and app today?

I am trying to do some final tweaking on my trip and I can't get anything to work!! All my stuff will show for a minute then I go in to reserve something like a FP or dining and it all just disappears or it says to call Disney.

That's funny though cause I am on the phone with Disney and have been waiting close to 30 minutes...

Just wondering if anyone else is having MDE problems today....
 

Same here Traveling partner on hold with Disney FP desk. Disney said hotel reservations and ADR's are all there, but FP all gone.
 
Well in a way I am glad it's not just be. Just frustrating because my work schedule just got really crazy and today was one of my last days I could really sit and work on finalizing everything.

Once I was actually on the phone with Disney I mentioned my issues with MDE. They said they had no idea what could be going on. LOL.
 
Yes. I thought it must be an overall glitch so I wasn't going to call. Just about freaked when he texted me the FP news. I am going to make lunch and try to forget about the whole thing for a bit.
 
MDE showed none of my plans this morning. Went to the web site. Nothing at first there either. Went to look at magic bands and cards (knowing that would require a second login). No problems there. After that, I had a couple of odd things pop up in places I wouldn't've expected, and then lo and behold, all the plans reappeared. Went back to the app. Plans weren't there for our first day, but we're for subsequent days. Then magically, everything popped in as it should. Haven't had a problem since.

Obviously, they're having "technical difficulties", but then that's been the norm for some time now.

I mean you would think they could go a day or two without technical difficulties. LOL

Again I'm trying not to panic, yet if everything is gone I will indeed break down and cry.
 
All my stuff was there when I made the changes I needed to when I spoke to Disney. Nothing had disappeared, just can't access it on MDE.

While waiting my 45+ minutes to speak to someone about switching resorts, I stumbled upon the MDE issue. I was trying to adjust dining reservations and couldn't while waiting.

When I spoke to the CM she read off all my dining and FP reservations. So they were still there.
 
Super annoying at the park and after
So few FP kiosks

Also trying to cancel and modify and still down or partially loading and missing stuff
 
Yea, noticed the website issue when it took 3 browsers and multiple attempts to get my account to show up so I could make a payment. Luckily it finally worked and I was able to get the payment through with no issue.
