MDE Connected Guest issues

Have not added to my F & F list in many years and will be traveling with another family in upcoming months. They have MDE account. I sent the email request to my friend and she accepted and I see her in my MDE F & F list. However, when I go to add her husband and kids through Add a Guest then Find through my Connected Guests, it states I have no connected guests I can add at this time. Is there something else we need to do? I have logged on and out a few times. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Your friend needs to share her list of friends and family. I'm guessing her list is set to private.

Thanks! Maybe there is a lag in the system as we just connected today? We are both set to share but I am not seeing the others in her account. Hmmmm....

If it doesn't work out in a day or so, call the IT folks at 407-939-4357. They've been wonderful to work with when I've had MDE troubles!
