MDE booking woes

is it normal to still get error messages “sorry for the paws” at 6:30 when having tried booking since 6am? Or is there a larger issue with my trip going on?
 
Yes definitely that happens a lot at this time. 7 times so far today for various things for me (it's nearly midday here).
 
6:58 and still can’t make a single reservation. The times are getting limited too, so clearly some people are able to get through.
 
Yes I was able to book one ADR but goodness it was extremely slow compared to normal.
 

I have been trying on and off since 6 this morning, get to the point of selecting my time, and then get the error. Have tried in Chrome, in Incognito, both do the same. The entirety of the online experience is just so frustrating.

Boo! That would be super annoying. When all else fails you can call in....If you aren't at work trying to do it :rolleyes1I may be speaking from experience
 
I just did my ADRs a few days ago and was trying to adjust a few of them on the website. I got that error for nearly everything that was 180+. I used the app and had no issues though. VERY frustrating.

The app will not let me see anything that is 180+, let alone actually book it :(
 
Thanks everyone. I signed in and out of chrome, safari, and even via iPad and iPhone. I finally called at 7, held for 25 min., and got all the times I wanted within 15 minutes.

there is a larger issue with Disney's crappy IT going on.
 
I had the same issues this morning. I could see the times, but when I clicked on them, I kept getting the "sorry for the paws" message. As someone else said, other people seemed to be able to book, because the available times were steadily decreasing. I tried on Chrome, Safari, and the app on my phone. A little later in the morning, when I went back to try again on my phone, the reservation I was trying to make showed up so I guess one of them worked even though I never got a confirmation. I can just see it in MDE now.
