MDE App wait times no longer working after update

Has this happened to anyone else? I've been checking the wait times on the My Disney Experience app for the past few weeks. Over the weekend, there was an update to the app and I let it go through. Now the wait times feature no longer works. Is there a way to roll back to a previous version?

I have had problems navigating the MDE app since the update as well! I have been at Wdw this week and basically couldn't use it!

It's working fine for me. Working fine right now and this past weekend when I was at the parks. Are you refining the wait times in the bottom right corner of the screen to view them?

By "refine" do you mean the filter? That doesn't seem to be working either. It doesn't matter what park I filter by, the little wait time bubbles are all gone. It used to be though that I didn't need to use the filter anyway. All the wait time bubbles appeared on the map by default as long as "wait time" was selected at the top. The "attractions" and all the other bubbles still work. Did your phone run an update this weekend?

I'm on version 4.5 and don't see any issues. It is different than previous version. IMO not as user friendly. Miss being able to sort by wait time at a park.

I see the update in the play store it is version 4.6, wonder if that is the issue.

mine is still on 4.5 and able to see everything. I remember the last upgrade and loosing more functionality and usefulness.

if its like the last time there is no easy way back. to do it I believe it involves the dark web, trading with trolls, and a pigs foot!
I wasn't able to get previous version to load a year ago.

It's user friendly once you figure out where everything's at. You can still sort by park

Yes able to sort by park but no longer to then sort by wait time. Use to be able to sort park then wait time. Just a little messier IMO as it now automatically sorts by name. I believe that version 4.5 is working ok but 4.6 is having the issue. I'll let you download update to test that theory.

I have an iPhone and my app is fully updated. Last release was 4.6.1 on May 17th

hmm, wonder is it is something with the update and android then. I have a Samsung S7 and still am on 4.5. Not sure if I am brave enough to risk the failure potential.

It sorts by park, then shows you all the rides from the lowest waits to the longest, then any closed rides at the bottom. It's only sorted by alphabetical name if you click "Attractions" at the top. If you're still under "wait times" it's by park then sorted by length of wait.

You are probably spot on, I may have mine on attractions and not just wait times. I thought that I had fooled around with every setting that it offered and wasn't able to get it to sort out like the previous version. I'm still not going to attempt update, yet.

I had a similar problem with the previous update. Wait times often said unavailable for everything in the parks. Luckily I have touring plans and just used their app exclusively when MDE wasn't working.

App has a new update! Version 4.6.1. The wait times now work again on my phone. Yay!
