MDE App or Website

I have had an Iphone 6 Plus for several years. Prior to that I had other Iphones. No matter the type of Iphone, no matter the version of the MDE app, when I can actual use any functionality of the app without it closing/crashing it is rare. I normally have the website saved as a bookmark and use it.

I normally use a PC to make initial ADRs and FP+, however, I would like to use the app that was created for this purpose when in the park to view wait times, make changes to current plans, etc.

Is there a setting I am missing on my phone to stabilize the app or it is what it is?

Am I alone in my frustrations?

I haven’t experienced issues with the app when I’m actually there. I have had issues using it when my ADR and FP windows open.

I use Android devices, and have, at times, had similar experiences with the app. Last summer (2017) was the first time I've used the app, and had it largely work for me, though I did still have to restart it from time to time. My thoughts are, be familiar with the process for forcing an app to close, and restart on your device, and keep the website bookmarked in your browser.

In addition to that, I keep a separate google doc with all of my ADR and FP+ information in it so that I don't need MDE.
