MDE app Oct14 update - conflict with iOS6?

I haven't upgraded to iOS7 yet, but I see there is an MDE update in the store. Anyone download this onto an iOS6 phone? I always like to stay current to avoid glitches/bugs. But I'm worried that if its optimized to the new operating system it may not work as well as what I have now.

Any opinions?

Been hesitant to switch til there's an update. I have an iPhone 4 and I've heard some negative things from family & friends who have the same

Well, I haven't done the upgrade yet either, although I'm thinking about doing it next week. With a new OS, I like to let the dust settle and the bugs to be worked out before I do. I have run updates for my apps, and my experience has been that if it's specific to OS7, it just doesn't do an update - it just disappears from the update screen. If it's an update that affects OS6, then it updates. I did an update for MDE last week, and haven't had any issues using OS6 or MDE since then.

Saw that there was a new update on the OS7 so I might update next week.

Have a 4S and still on ios6, but have done all MDE app updates with no problems.
