MDE and Sharing

Hi.

Up until Friday, my mother's MDE information was shared with me so I can manage her
when we go away together (she also travels with my sister so that is why she has her own account).

On Friday, she purchased a Platinum Annual Pass and I was able to see her pass on my MDE.
Today, with the new update, I can see my mom's AP on her MDE but not on my MDE.
However, when I go onto her MDE I see her plans are shared (although it doesn't say with whom)
so I am thinking I should be able to see her AP, which I need to have on my MDE since
I will be the one making FPs.

I do see her dining and hotel connected with me but just not her AP. Does anyone have any
information on how I can fix this without calling?

Even if you can't see her pass from your logon, you should still be able to make FP+ selections for her.

I found it! I had to change on my side for me to share all my plans with my mother. When I changed to that setting,
I can now see her AP.

If my MDE didn't "see" she had tickets, how could I do that from my MDE? I can see them now since I had to change my setting but
how would my MDE know if it didn't acknowledge seeing the tickets? Thanks!

Because the two MDE accounts are connected via the family & friends list, it knows if the other has tickets regardless of how the sharing option is set.
